Working on stress management is important.
If you are anything like me, at any given time there are upwards of 25 things to get done TODAY! I can either let these to-dos rattle around in my head and drive me crazy or WRITE THEM DOWN.
Even if you don't feel like you have too much to tackle I encourage you to start your day with a list.
Getting it out of your head and onto a blank sheet of paper can shape your day, give you goals and some sense of order.
