What are the mindless bad behaviors that have become your norm?
The habits that perhaps are not so much a need or a want, that possibly don't really serve you.
Take for instance the morning routine of coffee. Are you fully awake when you pour yourself a hot cup of coffee? Are you in need of coffee? Or is it just something that you do EVERY.SINGLE.MORNING and it's such a mindless, thoughtless habit that you don't think twice about it.
Maybe there are other habits you have developed over time that you haven't really considered.
