Tom Gelehrter (aka Tommy G) left his job at the University of Cincinnati to start his own media company, 4th Floor Creative.  Now he runs a profitable creative video production house, is the executive producer of a broadcast for a team moving to MLS next season and the team's PxP voice as well.  He's got an incredibly unique story in this field and is just one of the good guys in the field.
