In the moment that you accept feeling any emotional pain it begins to slowly fade unless you resist again. Fear of feeling fearful, angry at being angered, unhappy about unhappiness, are all layers of negative. If you don’t mind feeling sorrow, sorrow fades and loosens it’s grip, when you accept feeling unhappy, unhappiness will slowly slip away and so will fear if you allow it just to be, aware that 'these are feelings, and feelings are not me.'
