In this heart-felt, and vulnerable discussion over chapter 6 in Francis Chan's book, we talk about the paramount need for humility in the Church, especially in the pulpit, and how we need men and women who will rely on grace to be "joyful sufferers" for the cause of Christ! We need leaders who will be parents, and not baby-sitters, for His mission is far too important to squander it by having leaders who play the part of a clown entertaining the goats! Rather, we need shepherds who embrace the call, promote the commission, live the commands, and carry the cross...firm until the end!!
