Amanda started selling Real Estate since 2001 and after 8 years, Amanda was a coach with the Mike Ferry Organization, where her and I met for many years as well! After reaching out to her with this opportunity with BHHS, Amanda has jumped on board with Berkshire Hathaway and has been invested in the company for the past 3 years! While working along side Amanda in the Mike Ferry Organization, there are a plethora of things we both learned from that experience and from coaching a significant amount of agents in that time. Amanda explains a couple key points that she has learned going into coaching after having experience selling first and then jumping into the role she is in now!
1. It's all about the mindset. Whatever your goals are, its about where your mindset is at to allow you to stay consistent with your business which in turn will bring success to you!
2. Know what your goal is for the year and what activities you're going to take part in to make that happen!
