Ruts come in different shapes and sizes but they can all be busted by the same tool, action. The urge to stick in reassuring discomfort makes no sense at all, but yet we do it all the time, for want of knowing how to grow. Ruts are dug from the habit of indecision and it only takes tiny decisive actions to change position.
