- Evaluate the issue and ask yourself honest questions.
- Is there another side of the situation I am not seeing?
- Is there someone I can get feedback from that will be honest with me?
- Will this situation pass with time?
- Am I too emotionally connected to be truthful with myself?
- Know your triggers: Avoid people or situations that trigger a negative emotional responses
- SMILE! There is power in a smile. When your facial expression is joyful you will attract positive feedback.
