Neil Robson (@rebelchoc) is the Co-Founder of Rebel Chocolate. He shares his story of having a career in academic research before Rebel Chocolate. He has a Master Degree in Protein Biochemistry & PhD in Immunology.
In May 2016, Neil decided to make a significant career change and left academic biomedical research due to many things including back pain. Neil has always been interested in nutrition's role in health and society in general; his love of chocolate made it an easy decision to take on the challenge of reformulating milk chocolate.
