This week's episode is going to be incredible. The man in front of me is many things: a visionary entrepreneur, ex-con, author, star athlete, survivor of childhood abuse, international speaker, husband, dad and general defier of the odds.
He holds multiple world records and remains the only athlete in history crowned champion of every major MMA sports league. He is the Author of “MMA for Dummies”, literally THE book on the sport of cagefighting.
BUT at the core and most importantly he is a human being, just like you and me.
His name is Frank Shamrock, and today he lives in Los Angeles with Amy, his wife of many years and two kids, Frankie and Nicolette. Together they oversee Shamrock Way, a family nonprofit that tackles social issues and supports at risk communities with educational scholarships.
