In Episode 19 of The Busted Locker: I am not in a very good mood, and I take it out on Le’Veon Bell and Antonio Brown – two of the biggest headaches in the history of Pittsburgh sports.
The Killer B’s Era in Pittsburgh is over, and nobody is happier about it than I am. For as good as Bell and Brown are, they turned the Steelers into a circus (enabled by head coach Mike Tomlin) and divided a locker room.
And for all the people who say, “Good luck without Brown and Bell!” please tell me what exactly they won with those two in uniform. The Killer B’s lasted five seasons (can’t count this past season since Bell didn’t play), and those five seasons were as underachieving as any stretch I can remember.
The Steelers will be better without these two “me first” players.
Good riddance.
