When you say you’re 'losing it', what’s the ‘it’ you’ve lost? Ingrained in our awareness is that anger has a cost. We all mess up and anger has it’s way of doing that well, we lose ‘it’ for a moment and our better judgement fails. But abandoning your reason doesn’t mean that reason’s gone, turn off understanding and it simply waits to be turned on, lose ‘it’ and ‘it’ remains, it’s you that’s lost your way, regain composure and ‘it’ is found, ‘it’ never went away.
