You can’t think your way out of overthinking, that’s the lie it tries to tell, but I’ve found one way out is to firmly say, “I will…”. “I will...” is an action, the bridge from thought out into Do! Try this when thoughts suffocate, and notice how it releases you. "I will…" could take you places by the time the blossom comes next year, free from overthinking, and the pointless spiral of your fear.
