Houdini. Copperfield. Blaine. All of the most famous magicians and illusionists of our time were skilled in slight of hand and illusion. They tricked their audiences for years, leading them to believe that they were seeing something different than what was really there. In our own lives and relationships, have we become just as skilled in hiding our true selves from one another, keeping the illusion of perfection when brokenness lies behind the curtain?
