Before I head deeper into sharing meditations on the Unapologetically You podcast, I wanted to share a short introduction to meditation. I still hear many myths, such as 'I can't meditate. I can't empty my mind, thoughts always pop in', so I first wanted to cover these, and what meditation is about. I also share a 5 minute breath focus meditation that you can continue to use anywhere and at any time.
