Transitioning Out of the Field - MDL Episode 40

In today's episode, we talk about a Facebook post in the free Landscaping Owners Group. The post was where a person was transitioning out of the field and how he heard his employees were saying "he has it easy" now that he is not working in the field. He was questioning how others have handled it.  We share how I went through this transition myself and how we handled it. We also give you three tasks you need to implement when you go through the same situation.
