School Desegregation: Why It Hurt Us and Will Continue to Do So!

The TWW has been celebrating our 3rd anniversary! Today's release was first broadcast on May 17, 2019. The topic remains front and center today. Did you know that only 2 % of our public school teachers are Black males? 

Since the implementation of the integration of our schools , over 50 years ago, there has been a downward trend in the Black family unit, violence, and especially the preparation of our children to compete domestically and globally. This issue has also led to kids being sent to special education and eventually the Criminal Justice System. How do we go about changing this dynamic ? Where  are our role models? Do we need to roll the clock back?
