If you can wear sneakers to work you will have a brisker pace. You might change back into them at lunch and take a quick walk on your break. Terrible weather? Climb a dozen flight of stairs! You can do that in your sneakers.
Want to go bolder. Start with wearing your workout clothes right out of bed. It's easier to commit to working out when you have the right clothes on.
