Sermon -June 02, 2019 - The Ascension of Our Lord

The sermon for Sunday, June 2, 2019, is based on Revelation 19

 

Today's Focus: He lives to rule all things for the Church.  The final image one sees of a person can often become emblazed in one's memory.  In this sermon we will see the final image that Jesus gave to his disciples on earth.  It is not an image of defeat.  Instead, it is one of incredible victory, power and love as he ascends to heaven.  It is this image of love binds us together in the Christian unity and love which we celebrate.  May the love of God unite us as we worship him!
