This is not a joke, I know what the logo says, but the episode is real, as is Sarah Spain, who discusses some of her early (and future?) forays into comedy before we turn to a discussion about inclusion in sports media. Shortly after Joe uses the word "woke", Sarah illustrates a blind spot in his "wokeness" without even trying. So you can laugh at him when you get to that part.
