The voice over industry of 2019 is not the same voice over industry as 2012 (my first year full-time). In just that short span of time, some massive shifts have taken place and as VOpreneurs, we need to understand those shifts and adjust our mindsets accordingly.
In this episode I identify five of the most common beliefs I see in voice actors getting started in the industry (and even in talent who have been here a while). I then offer the mindset shifts I believe need to take place in talent in order to move forward.
