But how often do we examine our long-standing habits to ensure they’re contributing to—and not taking away from—our well-being? Not all habits are positive in nature; we can easily become dependent on unhealthy foods or substances, fixated on the wrong person, or stuck in self-destructive impulses–without even realizing it!
