A punk, a Muslim, a Black man and a Jew walk into a bar....replace 'bar' with 'debate' and that's our panel on this episode.
Many liberals, progressives, left-wingers...whatever term is in vogue this moment...either refused to condemn Antifa's recent attack on an American journalist or outright justified it.
Why are so many 'fair-minded' people so quick to abandon their principles? And does Antifa represent left-wing causes or are they unsavoury elements who have been welcomed by liberals the same way White Supremacists have been taken into the conservative fold?
Panelists:
Lex Gore, long-time anti-racism activist and member of Bunchoffuckinggoofs, who have for years patrolled Toronto's downtown defending minorities against neo-nazis, and not above busting some head when necessary.
Adrian Cooper, who works in security & as a wrestler, is half-black, and says that rather than helping, Antifa violence puts people of colour in danger.
Hafeez Noorani is an online personality and political junkie who specializes in social media communications and has been a lightning rod in hot-button conversations yet still seems to attract and befriend people on both sides of the political spectrum. Which makes him someone many Antifa members would consider 'an enemy'.
