Cogitations e48: about God's pure eyes

So much in in the Bible about God's pure eyes. Today I develop a thought from a verse in 1 Peter: "For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil" (1 Peter 3:12). knowing about God's pure eyes is important. There is a verse that seems to say that God has eyes so pure that He can not look upon iniquity. Is this true?
