Stemming from a background in psychology, neuroscience and behavioural neuroscience, Sean currently works as a circadian biologist specialising in depression and light and is president of the Australasian Chronobiology Society. In this episode we discuss sleep and circadian rhythms, and how they impact people’s lives, mood, behaviour, exercise and shift work.
