Seattle has signed themselves a new GM, Ron Francis. A .500 GM in Carolina, Ron will now start with a clean slate. Jacob Trouba signed a 7 year, 56 million dollar contract with the Rangers. Jeff Gorton has now given almost 25 percent of the salary cap to two players. How do Ranger fans feel about this? Mike and Chris created teams consisting only of players from the 2013 draft using today's cap number as a guide. There was some overlap, but there are a few differences. Let us know what you think.
