Self discipline around: Putting significant time between an 'amygdala hijack' experience of strong emotions and your responses to them. Breathing vip; Attention to positive things happening in your life; Spending more time talking about interesting, positive things that are happening in your world or family/work and regularly sleep more, eat well, exercise with some mindfulness.
