So, it is summertime at the recording of this podcast episode and this is a natural time of the year for me personally to step back, unplug and really sink into more of my own personal energy; reconnecting with myself apart from all of my responsibilities, apart from my business, apart from me being a member of my family, apart from all the things that I am participating in, organizations, coaching programs and so on.
It’s really for me to unplug and reconnect with Myself - and I mean MYSELF, in capital letters. And especially during this time of the year it’s harder and harder to for me personally to be in the computer, be in the cell phone, to go live and do all of these digital things, so I am really grateful for my team supporting me in that.
And as I unplug, what helps me to get to stay in this state of reflection and review, is nature. Maybe you get your best ideas when you are going for a walk in the forest or by the oceanside, or perhaps you get the best ideas when you are petting the dog or petting the cat, or maybe while you’re gardening.
There’s something about being out in nature that really helps me personally, I’ll put it on me, to clear my energy and to really tap back into myself, my true self, I know I have to get outside.
