In this episode, Dawn talks to Faye Oram, deputy manager of Kerrie's Cherubs Childcare in Blyth, Northumberland. Faye is a trained Health Advocate and has been involved in the NHS North East Better Health at Work Award.

Dawn and Faye chat about childcare and early years education, wellbeing at work and Faye gives us some top tips that we could all implement at work to improve morale and wellbeing.
