At present, there are thousands of service members transitioning out of the Armed Services every year. And, this talented pool of job seekers looks for military-friendly companies that will put their hard-earned skills to good use. Employer can benefit from hiring Veterans. Military personnel are often cross-trained in multiple skills and have experience in varied tasks and responsibilities. Veterans are disciplined team players, educated, professionals, self-starter, detail oriented and have a very strong work ethic that can bolster any employer’s business.
At the end of this seminar, participants will be able to:
