It's Monday and time for a dose of mindfulness!
This week, let's set an intention. For me it is to squeeze every last drop of summer from this week. I want to take a walk and a hike and a swim. One last bask in the sun. Some grounding work.
Your intentions for the week might be around family or work or school or eating or fitness....whatever it is WRITE IT DOWN. Look at it often. Make it happen.
Set your direction and head that way. It's a powerful act to set an intention. You are telling yourself what is important and where to focus! Give it a try.
