Julie Kiefer: How to live life with gratitude and peace everyday by challenging the status quo
Julie was diagnosed with Type1 diabetes at the age of four and has been a competitive swimmer ever since a young age who then developed an interest in healthy living and attended her first nutrition class at the age of eight.
After graduating with a Master’s degree in Food Sciences and receiving her MBA, she decided to go to a yoga retreat organised by a friend in Corsica. Julie now combines yoga, movements, and nutrition to guide others towards a true balance within their body and mind. Her goal with her clients is to workout, have fun, and re-focus while letting go.
She helps people expand and deepen their understanding of yoga and of themselves, improving confidence both on and off the mat, with her unique and empowering approach. She’s also dedicated to being a beacon of light, health, and wellbeing for the world. Sharing her passion for yoga, travel and self-empowerement is her contribution.
