Today we're taking on a very important topic that lies near and dear to both our hearts-- how to change/heal your body by intentionally shifting your THOUGHTS about it. Like all things in our lives, our bodies are simply a reflection of how we think, and we have the power to change our thoughts and create a different reality for ourselves as a result.
Both Lauren and Zoey have different stories and experiences about letting go of resistance they've held in the past around their bodies/areas of dissatisfaction. Skin problems, weight loss and even chronic pain are just some of the things we've each learned to alter physically my focusing on creating change emotionally. Inside this episode we're sharing our stories and giving our top tips to help you do the same.
