Katherina Padilo: How to overcome past traumas and truly start practicing a more Mindfulness Lifestyle
Katherina was born and raised in Belarus and moved to Turkey 9 years ago. The most interesting phase of her life began when she realized how she can fuse teaching English with Coaching. She named this movement MindHygiene and is now on a mission to impact many lives. This endeavor was born out of her mindfulness practice which now is a corner stone of her work and something she is very passionate about. She often says that it allows her to know herself better every day and as a result makes her feels more fulfilled, resilient and happy.
Like many others she started to awaken because of the intense pain she had endured caused by an emotional trauma. She see’s herself as a self-healer and felt the need to help people who go through difficult experiences by teaching them to accept their past and start finding more peace within.
