Spend Time for Yourself

Do you take time out of your day to do the things you love, or are you too busy trying to do and be everything for everyone else?  You deserve to take a break. You deserve to be happy. The Universe is asking you to do things that make your heart sing. You can’t take care of anyone else unless you take care of you first. It isn’t selfish. It’s absolutely necessary.
