Our bodies need adequate levels of Vitamin D to keep our immune systems functioning properly.
Best to ask your doctor for a Vitamin D blood test. Your level should be around 50. Most likely you will need to be supplementing to maintain this level.
Remember it's important to take Vitamin D3 with added K2 which is cardio protective.
