In this episode, Dawn talks to Sarah Parkin, the Chair of the Association of Nanny Agencies (ANA) and owner of Kids Deserve the Best Nanny Agency. Sarah is keen to support the sector and help to raise standards and awareness of the amazing service that Nannies and Nanny Agencies can provide.

Dawn and Sarah talk about the possible pitfalls for parents when employing their own Nanny, why agencies can be helpful, legislation changes and the support available to Nannies, Parents and Nanny Agencies through the Association.
