HOUR TWO: (Begins at 36:26) Guest Scott Sales, Candidate for Montana Secretary of State Scott explained the duties and responsibilities of the Sec. of State office, the relationship needed with each city for elections, and what being a member of the Montana Land Board means to voters.

HOUR THREE: (Begins at 1:20:33) Guest Gallatin Valley Commissioner Don Seifert – Don, Tom and Shane talked about the recent failure of the Law & Justice Center in the recent election. They also discussed property taxes and the increase in recent property assessments. Also, a Western Drive resident called regarding the city of Bozeman annexing that part of town and the effects of the annexation to locals.Northwestern Energy got the go ahead for a hefty rate increase.
