Theresa and America both struggle to talk about their feelings but they’re working through it and are still learning how to get better at it. It’s hard to come up with the words when you have to explain your feelings but understanding why they are happening is key. There are tools online to help you identify feelings but what’s helpful is creating a habit; that way the first thing you do when you have a big feeling is to learn how to stop it before it gets to a bad place.
