I always love having former LEO’s on the show that have retired after a great law enforcement career and continue to give back as successful entrepreneurs. Marc Neal is such a person, and he is on the show. He is the founder of Onyx Training Group.

Onyx Training Group is a law enforcement and corporate communication, principles, and decision-making training company with an online presence, but a direct participation focus.
