Kindness isn’t easy or simple
Easy idea. But when applied to those closest to us, much harder.
How do we develop greater kindness?
It is part of the Spirit’s fruit. Given us by God.

Gentleness
Kindness has an impact
How do we express kindness?

Be open to peoples needs and how you can help

Be aware of the situation around us

Be ready to have unconditional positive regard

Look for the dignity of others

Be nice!
