Richard and Adam are joined by Oliver Backman, a 2L student at Osgoode Hall Law School. Adam performs his worst intro ever. Oliver talks about his role in the play "Inherit the wind" prior to law school. The group discusses the distinctions between upper year classes and first year classes. Oliver shares his observations as a new 2L, surrounded by more specialized or experienced students in certain subject areas. Richard and Adam stretch the comparison to medical school as far as they can. Do students go to law school on a whim?
The gang discusses the intertwining of law subjects and Adam shares some stories from his 2L summer job in criminal law. Richard commends Oliver for his in class jokes. Oliver replicates a joke on the show and plugs his podcast. Professor Haigh is Aretha Franklin.
