Jami Dulaney MD Plant Based Wellness Podcast Episode 238- New Studies this Year that Highlight the Importance of a Healthy Lifestyle
Welcome! and Thank you for listening! There are many naysayers about plant based nutrition. One frequently sited reason is there are few supporting studies. Not only is that false but there are less and less studies supporting traditional medicine as the best option for lifestyle diseases. This episode highlights a few of the head turning studies this year in the medical community. I will also give you a glimpse into my holiday food and activities. Enjoy.
