On Tuesday, December 17, Trey talked with regular guest, Dr. Sarah Bartel, co-founder with her husband of Cana Feast—a ministry for married or engaged couples to grow closer to God and to each other. Sarah and Trey talked about things we can do to enjoy the liturgical year in whatever season is upon us, but specifically Advent and Christmas. They discussed traditions that help their families observe the two seasons and they talked about how, as Catholics, we are called to celebrate and participate fully in each liturgical season of the Church. While the world says Christmas is over on December 26, for Catholics, Christmas actually begins on the evening of December 24, and lasts through the Baptism of Our Lord which typically take place around mid-January. Remember to pray, parent with a purpose, and prepare for God to amaze you, and He will!
