Myriam is a Vancouver-based consultant and research psychologist at the Simon Frazer University, specialising in circadian rhythms. With expertise in the sleep-wake cycle, shiftwork and light, Myriam has worked with some of the world’s largest companies, including Volkswagen, Arcelor-Mittal, Siemens and Osram. Additionally, Myriam is founder and director of Circadian Light Therapy; a business providing expertise in circadian rhythms and light therapy in pursuit of optimal sleep, performance and health.
