Right before they were about to record the podcast Theresa started to cry so the two of them explore Theresa’s current emotional state and why so many struggle with crying all the time. Crying may come with shame and vulnerability, but they talk about how sometimes feelings must come out because there’s no other place for them to go. When you feel like you’re about to cry, try to figure out why you’re crying, start to work through some of those things that made you feel overwhelmed and do not beat yourself up.
