Gresham House plc is an asset management company. The Company focuses on managing funds and co-investment or club deals across a range of differentiated and illiquid alternative investment strategies for third-party clients. Its segments include Asset Management, Forestry Management, Investment in Securities and Property Investment. The Company invested in securities and maintained its investment in commercial properties. It is developing a platform for product development, distribution and structured discretionary co-investment. Its property portfolio consists of the property in Speke, Liverpool, known as Southern Gateway, and a residual approximately five acres at Newton-le-Willows.
