Ralph Waldo Emerson is quoted as saying, "What you do speaks so loud that I cannot hear what you say." In this third segment, we tackle a difficult, yet necessary aspect to healthy communication, and that is the art of mastering our body language. Whether or not this statistic is true, the importance of being mindful of, and mastering our body's perceived speech, is vital to communicating in a way that honors the Lord.
