118: Michelle Davis-Younger: From Coach to Councilwoman

Michelle Davis-Younger is a native of Manassas, VA where she is a current City Council Member, as well as the owner of The1ForHR, LLC – a human resources consulting business that helps small businesses meet their human resources needs from recruiting to compliance. She has over 20 years’ experience in HR, specializing in federal government subcontracting and staffing in the healthcare industry. Michelle is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and also provides interview preparation, job search assistance and coaching to individual clients.
