Dr Aria is an expert in the psychology of behaviour change and long-term health. He believes that everyone is connected by the desire to live a healthy, meaningful and fulfilling life. However, sometimes there are parts of our lives that seem to be outside of our control.
As a high performance psychologist and mindfulness specialist, he has learnt that our external reality is often a reflection of our internal world. Dr Aria also believes that our minds are the most powerful tool we have to build long-lasting emotional resilience and physical health. He always says - ‘When our mind is in a good place, healthy and effective, actions flow more easily and naturally.’
